Savoury Crêpes

Served with greens salad, and only available on weekdays except holidays. Reservation is required for Crêpes.

White and yellow cheddar, tomato, and parsley. The classic French crêpe.

C2. The Shepherd ($18)

Goat cheese, baby spinach, and olive oil.

C3. The Mountain ($18)

Swiss cheese, mushroom, and red onion.

White and yellow cheddar, Swiss cheese, and goat cheese

C5. The Mediterranean ($18)

White and yellow cheddar, tuna, tomato, parsley, and olive oil.

Goat cheese, smoked salmon, and baby spinach. This recipe is from the chef’s trip to Oslo.

Black Tea

There’s a whole world of black teas to explore, such as delicate Darjeelings from northern India, rich breakfast teas from Kenya, or wildly grown from Yunnan, China.

T1. English Breakfast

An aromatic blend of Ceylon black tea highland leaves. A perfect breakfast tea with bold and spicy notes that will awaken your senses. Crisp, golden infusion, highly aromatic, and 100% organic.

T2. Buckingham Palace Garden Party

Served at the annual Palace summer parties for almost two hundred years, this blend of Earl Grey is mixed with Jasmine to create a delicate and floral cup of tea.

T3. Cream of Earl Grey

Fans of Earl Grey tea will find this blend captivating. A combination of select black teas flavoured with bergamot and a hint of creamy vanilla.

T4. Duchess Darjeeling TGFOP

This Darjeeling from the Southern slopes of the Himalayas has a delicate, smooth, and somewhat fruity finish.

T5. Earl Grey

One of the world most famous tea blends, this tea is a combination of selected black teas flavoured with bergamot.

T6. Edinburgh Breakfast

This is an excellent well balanced medium-strength black tea. A blend of teas from India and China combines bright flavourful notes with a hint of oak.

T7. Empress of India Chai

A traditional family blend of spices gives this tea its unique and authentic flavour. Each cup is like a trip to the spice market.

T8. Yorkshire Harrogate Blend

A classic blend of teas from Yunnan, Nilgiri and Assam. A sharp and full brew with a bold finish that will warm the soul.

T9 Chocolate Tea

Spanish orange highlighted with lascivious Belgian white chocolate notes.

T10. Ice Wine

The sweet nectar of winter. This fabulous black tea blend uses real ice wine to deliver all that fruity sweetness in a rich, round cuppa. Absolutely outstanding.

TC1. Autumn Pumpkin (Seasonal)

One of the best things about Autumn is pumpkin pie. For those of us who cannot get enough, this blend is the perfect answer. Black tea mixed with Pumpkin, Hibiscus, Rosehip, Cinnamon, Calendula, Apple, Orange and Sunflower petals. Add milk and sugar if desired

TD1. Winter Blend (Seasonal)

This fabulous blend of cinnamon, cloves, dried fruit, herbs and spices is absolutely delightful. Notes of thick spice delight while the cup offers cinnamon, pepper, and hints of mild citrus. If Christmas has a taste, this would be it!

Green Tea

After water, green tea is the drink most consumed on the planet. From pan-fried Chinese greens to streamed Japanese greens, there are a ton of flavours to explore.

T11. Imperial Jasmine

This traditional style jasmine green tea from China is infused with the delicate scent of jasmine flowers producing a smooth, sweet and floral flavour.

T12. Sencha

The most popular tea in Japan, this infusion produces a bright and refreshing cup with a light vegetal taste.

T13. Pomegranate Goji

Green tea, pomegranate, and goji berries just seem to be a perfect fit. This tea features a blend of antioxidant superfoods including premium sencha, exotic goji berries and pomegranate seeds. The infusion is fresh and fruity, and is great hot or iced.

T14. Sweet Macaron

Bright green tea with hints of walnut and coconut blended with sweet almond, hazelnut and luscious vanilla. Reminds us of creamy, decadent macarons from a Parisian bakery.

T15. Ginger Sparkle

T16. Sakura Cherry Rose

Cherry scented green tea is an annual tradition in Japan that marks one of the most celebrated times of year, the Sakura Cherry Festival. This blend features a fine grade of Japanese sencha organic green tea blended with sweet and sour cherry pieces, and finished off with a sprinkling of rose petals. The result is a delicious green tea infusion with floral undertones and a lingering cherry finish.

Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is somewhere in between a green tea and a black. The leaves are tightly rolled so they slowly unfurl in your cup. Try steeping them multiple times, “Kung fu” style.

T17. Dulce De Leche

This oolong tea is a special treat with a dreamy caramel aroma. Premium Formosa oolong tea is blended with caramel pieces and marigold blossoms for an infusion with a smooth body and creamy notes of caramel.

Mate Tea

Super-energizing yerba mate is a South American drink of ancient origins.

T18. Yerba Mate

Yerba Mate has been called a "wonder herb" due to its long list vitamins including Vitamins A, B1, B2 and 15 types of amino acids. Mate is a natural stimulant that has the same effect as caffeine but is much less taxing on the body.

Rooibos Tea (Naturally Caffeine Free)

This tasty, caffeine-free infusion comes from the rooibos plant, a small shrub that can only be found in a tiny region of South Africa. It’s a bit sweet and super hydrating.

One of our favourite rooibos blends inspired by the finest flavours and aromas from the Provence region of France. Organic rooibos mixes with elderberries, luxurious French lavender, rosemary and pink peppercorns for a delightful infusion with rich notes of currant and berry.
